Overview
The second-generation ReadyAir is smaller and lighter than the original, with an upgraded programmable digital display. Set your cut-off pressure, hook up the hose, and it stops on its own at up to 4500 PSI. It runs from 12V DC clipped straight to a vehicle battery, or from a standard 110V wall outlet. A dryer is built into the fill hose, and automatic heat protection shuts it down before it overheats. It's oil-free, and Umarex says it's built to be easy to maintain and repair (they sell a G2 rebuild kit). Umarex rates it at 18 to 20 minutes to fill a 24 cubic inch rifle tank from empty to 4500 PSI. Top-offs and smaller tanks go faster.
